#sharethecodes is a community for the crazy ones, the ones starting businesses whilst studying, hustling and/or working, the superhumans without the capes. The ones who solve problems and directly impact communities and societies at large through innovative solutions. This is the place where one comes to spot talent, sponsor and help it to commercialize delivering value along the way. We commune, network, share the codes, pitch, sponsor, crowdfund and celebrate growth-oriented enterprising solutions through community because we believe that collaboration breeds innovation. We have regular entrepreneur meetups, pitch competitions, investment readiness workshops, startup bootcamps, trade shows and annual conferences
Our annual conferences and trading markets are reserved for celebrating entrepreneurship in our communities and enabling trade for everyone. You will find us within institutions of higher learning because we believe there is a strong connection between education, community and enterprise. We are here to thrive and are led by independent and enterprising chapter leaders who subscribe to our ethos, systems and values.

We believe that entrepreneurship can be built by the community and are here to prove it. In the isiZulu language, the nation built by King Shaka, there is a saying that goes, “umuntu, ngumuntu ngabantu” loosely translated to “a person is a person because of other people” which further entrenches the African belief of ubuntu, “I am because you are”
